How Can I Find Purpose In Life?

Purpose in life is found in a relationship with Jesus. Augustine said that within every person is a God shaped void. God created us to have a relationship with Himself. Only when a person understands the gospel and responds with repentance and faith does real life begin.

In John 4 the woman at the well was searching for life. She’d been married five times. She was living with a man. None of it brought lasting fulfillment. Jesus offered living water. Jesus is the living water that truly satisfies. Purpose in life is found in a relationship with Jesus. Theologians describe this as salvation.
